You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality is your sole responsibility.

If your contact details, payment methods, or residential address change, you must update your Account profile promptly. jos188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending re-verification if Account information appears outdated or inconsistent.
All Accounts on jos188 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Cryptocurrency deposits made via USDT TRC-20 are converted to IDR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. The Platform does not maintain USDT-denominated Account balances.
jos188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and USDT TRC-20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for standard accounts, although high-volume deposits may trigger additional KYC review. All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account confirmed in the Player's name via the KYC process. jos188 targets processing times of under three minutes for withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and under ten minutes for USDT TRC-20 withdrawals, measured from the point of approval. These targets are not contractual guarantees and may be exceeded during periods of high transaction volume or pending KYC review.
jos188 does not charge Platform-side processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network. USDT TRC-20 network fees (gas fees) are borne entirely by the Player and will not be reimbursed by jos188.
jos188 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. Players must not use the Platform for any form of financial crime, including but not limited to money laundering, structuring, or the movement of funds derived from illegal activity. Suspected AML activity will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities and the associated Account will be suspended immediately.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jos188 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits and winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window, after which any remaining Bonus Credits and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
Each welcome bonus and recurring promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. jos188 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably suspects that a Player is attempting to circumvent bonus eligibility restrictions through the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, shared devices, or any other method.
Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional errors, low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, bet cancellation abuse, and collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
jos188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion and are in the process of satisfying wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes, except where the promotion is terminated due to technical error or abuse.

jos188 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed as a result of a manifest error, a technical malfunction, or odds/prices published in error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings accrued as a result of a manifest error are not payable and will be removed from the Player's Account.
In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, jos188's server-side records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Most games support session resumption upon reconnection. Where a game round cannot be resumed and the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. jos188 is not liable for losses attributable to the Player's own internet connection or device failure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jos188 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

Where jos188 is found liable to a Player under any legal theory, the total aggregate liability of jos188 to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Game content on the Platform is provided by third-party studios operating under their own licenses. jos188 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from the game content itself, though we will endeavour to act as an effective intermediary between Players and game providers in the event of a verified technical dispute.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the jos188 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Credits will be forfeited. Verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines.
jos188 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; Prohibited Conduct as described in Clause 7; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; suspected fraud or money laundering; or reasonable belief that continued Account access poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.
